We specialize in the following locations: Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Orlando, Amelia Island, Fernandina, Tampa, St. Pete, Bradenton, Jekyll Island, Sea Island, Gainesville, Clay County, Green Cove Springs, Palatka, Savannah, Hilton Head, St. Louis, Eureka, Pevely, St. Genevieve, Highland, Edwardsville, Clayton, Greenville, Columbia and Bloomsdale.

Q: Does your Force Majeure clause cover Corona Virus illness and hurricanes?

A: Yes

Q: Can I bring my own makeup?

A: Yes! It is no problem if you bring any of your own products you prefer your artist to use on you.

Q: Do you recommend hair extensions?

A: Yes! We do recommend extensions if you are wanting a fuller or longer hairstyle for your wedding day.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: Cash is the preferred method of payment, due to your artist(s) upon completion of each application on the day of your wedding, trial, or event. Most of our artists also accept Venmo, or credit/debit card payment. Payments made with a credit or debit card will automatically have 20% gratuity added to the total.

Q: What products do you use?

A: We use a wide variety of professional grade and a very occasional performance-related drug store product.  Some of our favorite brands include: Kenra, Temptu, NYX, Tarte, Aiir, Davines, Scott Barns, Mario, Laura Mercier, Natasha Denona, Jaclyn Cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, Hourglass, Morphe, Jeffree Star, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Too Faced, Inglot, Stila, Ofra, Viseart, Marc Jacobs, Dior, P. Louise, Makeup Forever, Embryolisse, MAC, and RCMA.  We use airbrush foundation on every client.

Q: Are airbrush and false lashes included in the cost?

A: Yes, both are included in all adult and bridal makeup applications.

Q: Why airbrush?

A: The spray dot-pattern the airbrush puts down on the skin looks the most flawless on camera than the patterns and trace lines that brushes, fingers and sponges leave behind. However these marks may appear invisible to the naked eye, they can be quite noticeable when your client's face is shown in Hi-Definition, close-up or in a High Resolution Digital Photo with traditional makeup application. Many liquid foundations and powders can make the skin look pale or shiny in a photograph. Ingredients such as Mica found in mineral makeup will send a reflection to a camera lens which makes your skin look iridescent. Airbrush foundation can be light to full coverage. Our waterproof formulas contain 60% filler to help fill fine lines, pores, and imperfections.

Q: Will the artist that does my trial be the same artist(s) that will come to me on my wedding day?

A: Yes! The same artist(s) that your trial with will be the same artist(s) that will travel to you on your wedding day. Unless you request otherwise. If you artist becomes unavailable after your trial for any reason, we will replace your artist with a new one.

Q: Do I get to choose my artist or stylist? How do you choose who my artist or stylist will be?

A: Unless you have a specific request, your artist will be determined depending on your location and artist availability. All of the artists are talented, insured, and licensed pros.

Q: How do I contact my artist to set up a trial?

A: When you are ready to set up your trial run, send us an email and we will provide you with your artist's trial availability. We take care of all coordination and communications between you and your artists. Once you have chosen a trial date and time we will send you a detailed trial confirmation including contact information for your artist.

Q: When do I pay for my services?

A: You will pay each artist, individually, on the event day.

Q: I have multiple looks I want to try at my trial. How many looks do I get?

A: The trial is set for one look. If you would like multiple looks, we can schedule back to back trial looks for you.

Q:  How do I book my wedding date?

A:  A signed bridal service agreement with a reservation fee is required in order to book your event date. This fee is not deducted from your event day total and is non-refundable.

Q:  How much time do you usually schedule per person (hair or makeup)?

A:  We average 30 minutes per application. However, we input extra time in our event day timelines for a buffer.

Q:  Will I have to reapply my lip color through the day?

A:  Lip products can be long wearing, however will not last all day. We ask all clients to bring their own lip product for touch-ups.

Q:  What do I need to do to prepare to have my makeup and/or hair done?

A:  You will need to have a freshly cleansed face before having makeup applied, preferably without any products or moisturizers, and clean/dry hair. If you haven’t washed your hair in 1-2 days, that’s ok unless you have very oily hair.

Q:  Should I have my hair or my makeup done first?

A:  It truly doesn't matter.  Whichever you prefer.

Q:  Would you recommend getting a facial prior to my wedding?

A:  Having a facial leading up to your wedding day is a great idea!  Just make sure the last one is at least 1 week before your wedding. It is a good idea to have one a few months prior to your wedding date as well to gauge how your skin will react, so that if your skin purges, it will have time to recover before the wedding day.

Q:  Do you recommend getting my eyebrows + eyelashes professionally done?

A:  Absolutely! Properly groomed eyebrows make a huge difference in how the makeup turns out.  Be sure to do any waxing services 5-7 days prior to your event. Makeup does not adhere to freshly waxed skin. For lashes extensions, we recommend @sirokilashstudio | https://www.sirokilashstudio.com.

Q:  Should I or my bridal party get a spray tan for wedding day?

A:  If you are planning on having a spray tan, please make sure you are going to a professional. This is something you should experiment with in the months leading up to the wedding day. Make sure to exfoliate your entire body very well before your spray tan. Some spray tan formulas can turn your skin an orange tone, and some tend to be very splotchy in photos. This is not something we can/will cover with makeup as we do not want to risk getting makeup on your dress. Spray tan can also rub off on your dress if done too closely to your event date.

Q: Can you cover my tan lines or body sunburns with makeup?

A: No, we cannot cover tan lines or body sunburns with makeup as it will not fully cover, and the makeup can rub off on your dress.

Q:  Will I receive some type of schedule for my hair and makeup on the wedding day?

A:  Our scheduling team will send you a detailed schedule approximately 1-2 months prior to your wedding day for you to look over and approve. They will work directly with you to make sure it is perfect.

Q:  Do you automatically include gratuity?

A:  Gratuity is not included (unless paying with a credit or debit card), however, it is much appreciated. Standard gratuity is 20%-25%.
